Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our Canadian & U.S. customers, ensuring they receive top-tier support and seamless service. Working in our Burnaby headquarters, you’ll handle quotations, order processing, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations.

Provide outstanding customer service to a national dealer network across Canada & the U.S.

Process and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy.

Quote pricing efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing & Operations to ensure smooth transactions.

Lead & support a small inside sales / customer service team.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or order desk support.
  • Fluent in English (French is a strong asset!).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills – you enjoy working with people!
  • Attention to detail & ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with order entry, quoting, and working with national accounts.
  • Knowledge of Canadian geography – we serve all 10 provinces & 2 territories.
  • Proficiency in ACCPAC software (preferred) & general computer skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude – you’re a team player with a sense of urgency and a great sense of humor!
