KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales specialists act as a trustworthy resource to our residential customer including :

• Conducting thorough assessments and estimations for roofing, siding, and window projects.
• Developing and presenting project proposals to potential clients.
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships to generate new business.
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate project specifications.
• Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and performance.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participating in sales, marketing and promotional activities in all assigned markets which may require regular travel.

Wheatland wants you to achieve. Compensation for this position is variable, fully based on commission, (draw available for new sales specialists), and the achievement of individual sales performance.
