WorldLink Pros is searching for professionals to work in various locations across the USA. We need dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses for Intensive Care Units (ICU). In this critical role, new hires will provide specialized nursing care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions. New hire's expertise in critical care nursing will be essential to monitor patient status, administer advanced medical therapies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. New hires will work in a fast-paced environment where their clinical judgment and decision-making skills will directly impact patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess critically ill patients' conditions, utilizing advanced technology and techniques.
  • Implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, documenting all nursing assessments and interventions.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding care plans and treatment options.
  • Participate in rounds with medical teams to discuss patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest evidence-based practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.

Requirements

  • Updated CV or Resume (gaps must be explained and not more than 3 months)
  • 2 years minimum total bedside / patient nursing experience
  • Recent 2 years minimum experience in nursing specialty and setting
  • NCLEX Passer, Proof of passing the NCLEX-RN examination issued by the testing center
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN Degree)
  • All university degrees / diplomas related to the field of professional nursing
  • All final, official university transcripts for professional nursing degree programs
  • Any educational evaluations previously obtained for U.S. degree equivalency.
  • CGFNS Certificate or completed Visa Screen
  • Note : VisaScreen Certificate from the International Commission on Healthcare Professions (a division of CGFNS)
  • English examination scores (IELTS, TOEFL iBT, TOEIC, MET, OET, Cambridge English, or Pearson PTE Academic)
  • Active Nursing License and / or all foreign nursing licenses
  • All U.S. RN licenses
  • If a state license has not been issued to the RN due to lack of a Social Security Number, please provide proof of passing the NCLEX-RN examination).
  • Completed Skills checklist
  • 2 supervisory references must be clinical manager / supervisor.
  • Certifications from American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Valid Passports, any U.S. visas & U.S. admission stamps
  • If RN is in the U.S., most recent electronic Form I-94 Arrival Record
  • U.S. Social Security Card (if any)
  • Valid Government ID
  • Proof of Canadian or Mexican Citizenship
  • Any RN work experience letters & training certificates currently in the RN’s possession
  • Note : There are additional immigration, onboarding, and credentialing document requirements which will be collected and verified once an offer or placement acceptance is completed.
