As the Manager, Day-to-Day Product Analytics, you will be accountable for driving strategic analysis to support business strategies for the Day-to-Day Banking portfolios. You will deliver strategic and tactical knowledge to facilitate the development and execution of strategies that will enable profitable growth of the Deposit customer base, increase customer engagement and optimize margins of acquisition and engagement campaigns. You will work with diverse stakeholders across Scotiabank to deliver analytical solutions to Day-to-Day business partners based on excellent analytical, strategic, communication and relationship management skills.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will :
Conduct effective manipulation and calculation of data, turning it into business insights.
Lead the sizing and targeting of customer focused marketing campaigns, as well as post-campaign analysis including actionable insights from the campaign performance.
Identify and clearly communicate the business problem, translating it to well-defined analytics objectives, and executing on those objectives both individually and through collaboration with analytics peers.
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple business initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc analysis with business stakeholders and external partners.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into day-to-day banking operations and performance.
