Responsibilities :
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, by addressing inquiries related to products, processes, and general concerns.Collaborate with multiple internal departments to streamline workflows.Reconcile invoices and related documents to ensure accuracy in charges and alignment with ordered items.Review and maintain accurate product documentation to support operations and compliance.Handle administrative duties related to purchasing and receiving, including inventory management, data entry, and Data analysis.Perform administrative tasks associated with order processing, data entry, recordkeeping, and report generation.Communicate daily and effectively with clients and suppliers to manage orders, address questions, and troubleshoot issues promptly.Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Competent computer skills.Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage interruptions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.Strong time management skills to effectively transition between diverse responsibilities throughout the day.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with external stakeholders, internal teams, and production staff effectively.Experience with business management software an asset.Comfortable working in both professional office environments and production / construction settings.General knowledge of construction processes and terminology is an asset.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
