Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with strategic clients while driving the adoption of our products in the HVAC sector. You will play a central role in achieving growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Development :

  • Expand FEAS’s presence in Quebec and across Canada.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the HVAC industry, including ventilation contractors, developers, distributors, and engineering firms.
  • Target high-rise construction projects to influence product specifications.

Relationship Management :

  • Build strong, lasting client relationships, focusing on trust and collaboration.
  • Actively participate in product presentations and strategic meetings.
  • Deliver professional presentations or talks to industry stakeholders to promote FEAS solutions.
  • Technical and Commercial Support :

  • Understand the technical and commercial applications of FEAS products to meet client needs effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with clients on design-build project bids.
  • Event Participation :

  • Represent FEAS at trade shows and industry events on national and international scales.
  • Qualifications

    Desired Profile : Education :

  • University or college degree (ideally in engineering or a technical field, though equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Experience :

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in selling technical products or solutions, preferably in the HVAC sector.
  • Expertise in managing relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Market development experience is an asset. Skills :
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a diverse, geographically dispersed clientele.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of distribution business models.
  • Languages :

  • Bilingual in French and English (capable of working with partners in Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and internationally).
  • Additional Information

    Position Details :

  • Territory : Canada and the United States
  • Work Location : Hybrid role with on-site work, telecommuting, and travel across Quebec, Canada, and occasionally internationally.
  • Reporting Line : You will report to the Sales Manager and the Business Development Board.
