Corporate Travel Agent

As a Corporate Travel Agent on Pomerleau's travel team, you will be in charge of internal employee travel as well as executive travel in collaboration with two Travel Agents.

What you will do

• Coordinate and make reservations for executive events and travel;
• Assist employees with booking requests;
• Ensure that the traveler has a positive and safe travel experience by making the best choices to meet the diverse needs and constraints of each region;
• Make air, rail, hotel, and car rental reservations for all employees of the organization;
• Perform related administrative tasks such as necessary follow-ups with hotels and other travel suppliers, and processing of monthly invoices;
• Verify that Pomerleau's business expense policy is respected and address any issues;
• Provide support to employees in the use of the Concur platform;
• Identify potential savings opportunities;
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and process optimization.
