LOCATION : All Canadian locations will be considered. THE ROLE : Gen3 Marketing is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager, a marketing professional with 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience who likes to hustle and is confident in growing and strengthening client accounts.

This person will manage several account managers and be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy, and execution.

Job responsibilities will include providing leadership in strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.

ABOUT YOU : At least 1+ year of Affiliate Agency Experience is required 5+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, Commission Junction, etc.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service. Strategic and execution mindset You are independent and a problem solver at heart.

You know how to close deals and you are confident and persuasive in client meetings You have team management, mentoring, and the ability to maintain team cohesion JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics according to our client-specific goals Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ metrics & KPIs Produce forecasts, budget, and KPI setting for the affiliate program Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars Lead all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of the programs and recommend improvements WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
