Job description

Job Title : E-Commerce Associate

Location : Remote (Central / Latin America preferred)

PTO : Flexible PTO (needs approval)

Hours : Daytime US hours – flexible

About Us : Our client is a leading brand in the premium massage gun market, committed to delivering high-quality products that enhance recovery and well-being. We are expanding our e-commerce presence and are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Operator to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing and managing our online stores (Amazon, Shopify) and working closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities :

E-Commerce Platform Management : Operate day-to-day functions on Amazon (60%) and Shopify (40%), ensuring smooth performance, sales growth, and positive customer experiences.

Inventory & Order Management : Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is consistently available, and work with suppliers to maintain timely orders and shipments.

Vendor & Procurement Management : Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure product quality and availability. Coordinate procurement processes to prevent stockouts.

Digital Advertising : Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads) to drive traffic and increase sales.

Hands-on Paid Media & Digital Marketing : Execute and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring high ROI and performance improvements across all digital channels.

Content & Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with contractors, including designers and content creators, to develop assets for digital marketing and advertising campaigns. Ensure timely and high-quality content production.

Customer Service Oversight : Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure high-quality service. Handle escalated customer service issues and perform quality checks.

Customer Communication : Take and handle phone calls from vendors and escalated customer service cases, representing the company in a professional and clear manner.

Process Improvement & SOP Management : Review current SOPs and identify gaps or opportunities for process improvement to drive operational efficiency.

Data & Performance Analysis : Monitor sales data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and growth.

Required Skills & Experience :

E-Commerce Expertise : Extensive experience operating e-commerce platforms on Amazon and Shopify.

Inventory & Vendor Management : Strong experience with inventory tracking and procurement processes.

Digital Marketing Knowledge : Expertise in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads).

Hands-on Paid Media Experience : Proven track record of executing and managing paid media campaigns.

Content Creation : Ability to manage and create digital assets for ads, product listings, and social media.

Analytical Mindset : Strong data analysis skills to assess performance and drive improvements.

English Proficiency : C1-level English proficiency with clear and professional communication skills, preferably with a neutral or clear accent.

Generalist Mindset : A broad e-commerce skill set is preferred over specialization in a single area.
