Position : Accounts Payable AnalystLocation : Ville Saint-Laurent (2 days in office, 3 days remote)Salary : Up to $30 / hourJob type : Temporary, 1-Year ContractWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team for a 1-year contract.
In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in processing and managing invoices, electronic payments, and manual check requests.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience handling a high volume of invoices, and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities : - Receive and verify invoices for services.- Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Enter large volumes of invoices for payment processing.- Follow up and resolve discrepancies related to invoice processing.
- Prepare and print weekly cheque runs and process ACH payments.- Manage bi-weekly wire payments.- Handle daily banking activities, including releasing cheques to the bank.
- Monitor vendor payment statuses (amounts due, disputes, deductions).- Maintain confidential employee and vendor files.- Participate in additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.- Strong background in resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including V-lookups and formulas.
