Job description

Are you a motivated professional with administrative experience and understanding of Risk and audit? Do you want to work for one of the top 5 banks in Canada?

If so, this role is for you! as a Service officer you will be responsible for processing disability leaves, communicate with clients and escalating processes when needed

Pay rate 25

9 months contract

Work Location (Remote, Hybrid or Both?) : 50 Boulevard Crémazie Ouest- Montreal

Open to London and Toronto Locations – report into a local office in those locations

2 days on site – Tuesday / Wed- Montreal

Tues and flex day- Toronto

Responsibilities

Receive files, divide work amongst team

Processing disability leaves

Communicate when leaves are approved

Code non – disability leaves

Escalating when needed

Working with different HRIS

Qualifications

MUST HAVE :

  • Bilingual – strong communication skills in both languages
  • Computer Savy
  • Some admin experience
  • Quick learner
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding Risk and audit
  • Experience with high volumes
  • SLA experience
  • Time mgmt- work independently.
