JOB SUMMARY

As an experienced Data Scientist, you will be partnering with different lines of businesses within FCT to drive value using data and models. As a Data Scientist, you will bridge the gap between traditional data analysis and advanced data science techniques. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from conducting exploratory data analysis to building predictive models and driving actionable insights. Your work will enable informed decision-making and guide our product development, customer experiences, and business strategies across FCT. You will be expected to implement solutions based on ROI.

HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE :

Build in-house, leading-edge data, information, insights & analytics capability

Partner with lines of business to rapidly embed analytics products, solutions and services that drive measurable value

Analyze complex, often unstructured data from varying sources and identify patterns and trends to drive value for the business

Ruthless prioritization to ensure return on investment and time is maximized

Develop and implement solutions and models with projected impacts and measurable results

Communicate actionable recommendations based on insights / model results via excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

3+ years of proven experience in complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques with specific measurable results

Advanced knowledge in Python with hands-on experience leveraging ML / AI algorithms

Proficient in SQL

A demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with a high attention to detail

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of predictive modeling techniques, their strengths and limitations, and best practices for their implementation
