Operating within a cutting-edge technical environment,the company is heavily investing in enhancing its IT infrastructure and the connectivity of its strategic operations.We are seeking a passionate Senior Network Administrator who is customer-service oriented and eager to contribute to innovative projects within a unique operational context.Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support and maintenance for a complex network environment (LAN / WAN).Actively participate in projects aimed at improving IT infrastructure, including connectivity across multiple sites and specialized equipment.Manage user incidents and requests, adhering to high service standards.Configure, manage, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches) and ensure system security using advanced technologies such as Fortinet (an asset).Contribute to the monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational procedures.Monthly travel to regional sites to oversee and execute strategic IT interventions.Profile : Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.Degree in Computer Science (AEC, DEC) or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years' experience in networking.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments (10 / 11), Office 365 suite, and network equipment.Demonstrated experience in managing network equipment (LAN / WAN, TCP / IP) and user support.Knowledge of Fortinet products (an asset).Bilingualism required(advanced French, intermediate English) to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.What We Offer : Competitive salary between $75,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.Flexible telework policy (50 / 50).Comprehensive group insurance plan, including dental care and telemedicine.Retirement plan with employer contributions.Parking allowance.A culture of collaboration, autonomy, and diverse technical challenges.Submit your resume to join a dynamic team and contribute to large-scale technical projects in a unique environment.
