Salary : $150-$160K, negotiable based on experience

On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join a growing group of companies with extreme success working on lower mainland based site development projects.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A minimum of 7 years of industry experience, specifically within utility installation and earthworks or hybrid experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and evaluate site performance is essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
• Technical knowledge and project experience related to utility installation and earthworks on commercial / residential site development and / or road / highway construction
• Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents
