What we need from you :
- Must be a minimum Level 3 Skilled Trades BC certified.
- Can analyze and interpret the needs of our customers concerns and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions.
- Can operate independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality is best-in-class!
- Have an above average technical aptitude.
- Previous New Car dealer training and experience is not necessary but will be considered an asset.
- CDK dealer management system experience an asset.
- Well developed communication skills - can effectively work and interact with other members of the dealership.
- The ability to follow policies and procedures as mandated my manufacture guidelines.
- Valid BC driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
