This role involves managing and supporting various projects within the Technology department (migrations implementations and upgrades), and occasionally assisting with external campus projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical requirements gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Jira, Confluence, and a background in higher education or the public sector.
