Your Role at WJ
- Lead, mentor, and empower the Account Director team
- Drive client retention, growth, and contract renewals
- Oversee high-value client relationships and escalations
- Ensure client strategies align with WJ's creative and strategic capabilities
- Optimize processes for efficiency, collaboration, and profitability
- Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Production teams

Client Growth & Retention
Build and deepen relationships with key clientsAct as a strategic advisor to key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and ensuring we meet their goals and objectives.Help ensure client success and satisfactionIdentify and execute growth opportunities within accountsOversee client satisfaction, renewal strategies, and escalation managementRevenue & Profitability
Manage and grow a large and diverse client portfolioMaintain oversight of pricing, scope creep, and contract structuringMotivate and drive performance within the Account Director teamLeadership & Collaboration
Guide and develop a high-performing client services teamAlign client needs with agency capabilities to deliver exceptional workWork closely with Business Development and Accounts to ensure new clients and new projects for existing clients are effectively transitioned from sales to active accountsWho You Are
