The Role

We’re looking for someone like you to join our team and help us scale our company while accelerating your career! The role will consist of :

Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary client contact, building strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication, strategic discussions, and exceptional service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with creative and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client goals.

Project Management : Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets from inception to completion, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Communication & Reporting : Provide regular updates, reports, and data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering trust.

Requirements

We want to make sure you will succeed and here are the qualifications that will set you up for success!

Experienced in account management and / or project management in an agency setting

Strong understanding of performance marketing , including KPIs, analytics and reporting including experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Northbeam and Shopify

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and build rapport with clients and internal teams.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project success.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and creative elements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability.

5+ years of work experience

Candidate must reside in Canada
