Our innovative solutions cater to complex requirements in telecommunications, automotive, defense and aerospace and various other industries, and we are excited to bring truly groundbreaking products to market.The Role : We’re searching for a driven individual who can help us set the overall product strategy and vision that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives. With an endless number of products and features possible, the Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in narrowing in on the key, game-changing applications to focus on and steer the product development team to making quality products the Telecom market needs today and in the future. In particular, the Senior Product Manager will take the lead in developing products for the growing 5G fixed wireless access (FWA) market. Solace’s power through glass (PTG) technology is very well positioned to enable Telecom operators to deploy outdoor customer premise equipment (CPE), faster and at low cost, allowing the Operator to preserve spectrum and shorten time to revenue. This is an enormous and exciting opportunity for Solace. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Senior Director of Product Development and be responsible for overseeing Telecom products as they move through the product life cycle. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders have real-time information, so they can complete their work and deliver value-added products to our customers. The candidate will also enable agile product management to adapt quickly to new information and requirements and navigate seamless course corrections, while maintaining the team’s enthusiasm and overall work efficiency. As the company is growing, it will be the responsibility of the Senior Product Manager to help define and develop the product management framework and scalable processes.  Your Day-to-Day at Solace Power :  General :  Work closely with the Business Development team and our customers to understand their pain points and define product requirements. Ensure products and features align with the company’s long-term and short-term objectives. Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams regularly (sometimes daily) to continuously cross-check products being designed and built meet the customer’s needs. Onboard new product management employees to ensure they understand the mission and vision of our organization and can hit the ground running in leading products through the product life cycle.  Be a visionary in terms of forecasting products and features that align with market trends and develop Telecom product roadmaps accordingly.  Participate in the development and implementation of product development goals and objectives.
