  • Strong analytical skills (mathematically inclined, Excel & Gsheet mastery)
  • Comfort with numbers, pricing models, and profit analysis
  • Detail Oriented to make sure no piece of data was missed.
  • Bias for action : Mistakes will happen, let’s catch them fast.
  • Bonus : Experience with Data Analytics, Python, Java, or other programming languagesJob Responsibilities : Ultimately, the Purchasing and Automation Analyst will be responsible for answering two simple questions : what do we buy, and how much of it? Of course, it turns out in a highly competitive digital environment, this isn’t so simple. You’ll need to analyze competitor price history, fulfilment fees changing over time, seasonality and more to answer these 2 questions. Work with suppliers to present forecasts and negotiate prices, freight, and payment termsWork iteratively on existing automation systems to make the purchasing process more efficient (python, google appscripts, google sheets)
