HOW YOU WILL THRIVE :

Beyond maintaining data integrity, you will take the lead in registering new and returning students online. Your efforts will support student, families, faculty and staff by ensuring smooth operations and accurate records.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED :

• Manage Student Data : Accurately process inquiries, applications, registrations and withdrawals in the Student Information System (SIS)
• Streamline Transitions : Process student registrations, withdrawals, and exchange placements efficiently
• Keep Records Current : Update student biographical information and changes across systems to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure Compliance : Validate and assign Ontario Education Numbers (OENs) with accuracy
• Maintain Ministry Records : Manage faculty records, including MENs, OCT numbers, DOBs, and leave dates, ensuring Ministry compliance
• Stay on Top of IT Tasks : Utilize ticketing system to process updates for new and departing employees across all platforms
• Support Faculty : Coordinate class coverages with efficiency and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
