We are pleased to have partnered with our client, a well-regarded Quebec-based company specializing in mission critical industrial and environmental services. They’re a respected player in the industry with multiple locations across the province. Having recently partnered with a private equity firm, they’re now looking for a CEO who will help take the company to the next level, both geographically and by growing their lines of service and profitability.

As a key managerial figure, they will lead all aspects of the company’s operations. Following the strategic direction set by the Board, they will be responsible for making recommendations to the Board and for developing and implementing a business plan for the short, medium, and long term.

What we’re looking for :

We’re targeting exceptional executives who bring an extensive business experience in mission critical industrial and environmental services and have particular spikes in operations and organic sales growth.

The successful candidate must bring :

• At least 10 years of experience in a management position within mission critical industrial or environmental services.
• Have delivered significant and tangible financial results as a leader of a company or a division.
• Experience in business development and managing strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors and a private equity firm.
• Proven success in :
• Creating a culture focused on efficiency and quality.
• Developing strategies that have significantly impacted revenue growth.
• Implementing business strategies that have led to measurable success in profitability, growth, and return on assets.
• Experience negotiating major strategic acquisitions.
• Proficiency in both oral and written French and English.
