Regional Sales Manager

Location : Burnaby, BC
Compensation : $150,000 – $155,000 base + performance bonus + benefits

The Role
As Regional Sales Manager , you will :
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives , coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive developer, dealer, builder, general contractor, and contractor sales , growing relationships and securing new business.
- Support the inside sales, warehouse, and showroom teams , ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Execute a strategic sales plan , identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Negotiate, close deals, and provide hands-on leadership, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.
