Role Summary :

As a Benefits partner the purpose of this job is to collaborates with employees and management to administer and enhance employee benefits programs. The aim is to optimize benefits offerings, address employee needs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities  :

  • Answer and solve various questions or difficulties of employees or retirees received by tickets or emails in the most optimal way possible.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the various Labatt employees and retirees with whom he / she interacts
  • Follow up with the various Vendors when there are questions or issues regarding them.
  • Be in-charge of the management of the various taxable benefits, Insurance and pension funds of employees and retirees.
  • Help employees in managing their Benefits on the different platforms (Workday, Flex portal, Manulife, Sun Life etc.)
  • Be in-charge of the smooth running of employee enrollment during their movements and during the annual enrollment on Workday and on the Flex Portal.
  • Carry out regular audits and when more common problems arise from employees on pensions or benefits to settle at source.
  • Work in collaboration with the payroll team regarding taxable benefits, pension funds, salary adjustments and any other Rewards matters.
  • Calculate and adjust at the end of the year the various amounts of taxable benefits and pensions for employees and retirees.
  • Pay the various Vendors, reconcile the payment & audits.
  • Manage, distribute, consolidate Beer Card / Beer vouchers related activities.
  • Any other benefits / rewards related tasks as and when required / directed by the rewards manager.

Qualifications :

  • University Degree with a preferred focus on human resources management or other related areas related to Rewards.
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management
  • Project management.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in areas related to Rewards
  • Advanced Excel skills (Important).
