Key Responsibilities :
- Leads by example to foster a positive work environment, promoting motivation and enhancing staff retention while minimizing turnover.
- Inspire and motivate daily fostering ownership and accountability.
- KPI's, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of Management / Floor Management / Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume turnover location within fashion / leather goods / accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM, and payroll administration.
Offering :
- Salary $34-$36 per hour. CAD depending on experience.
