About The Role :
The position entails managing corporate tax matters and providing support to clients in corporate restructurings. The lawyer in this role will primarily focus on tax planning and resolving tax disputes, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax law and a desire for professional advancement, including the potential for partnership.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ontario State Bar.
- 5 or more years of experience in corporate tax law.
- Passionate about tax law.
