Job description

Job Title : Systems Engineer

Location : Concord

Job Type : Permanent full time

Onsite Requirement : Yes, 5 days a week

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level cloud and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure.
  • Manage and optimize Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Implement security best practices, including identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, and data loss prevention.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell for system administration and task automation.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and security.
  • Extensive experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy.
