Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agricultural machinery and demonstrate exceptional skills in relationship building and strategic sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the agricultural machinery sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (4-5 days a week).
