Mackenzie Stuart are partnered with an agricultural machinery manufacturer who are looking for a sales manager to take control of their Ontario sales.

The position will require an individual very accustomed to travel, and a high tolerance for it.

Job Title : Territory Sales Manager

Location : Ontario, CA

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agricultural machinery and demonstrate exceptional skills in relationship building and strategic sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within the agricultural machinery sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (4-5 days a week).
