YOUR ROLE :
As a Legal Technicien, you will assist notaries in their mandates. Your duties will include :
- Preparing, amending, and reviewing diverse types of legal documents (mortgage, sale, release, etc.);
- Conducting research with various legal institutions (land register, RDPRM, business register, etc.);
- Opening, closing, ensuring the follow up and scanning files;
- Taking charge of sending communications to clients as well as telephone communications;
- Ensuring the management of trust accounts;
- Draft deeds (wills, mandates, mortgages, etc.);
- Indexing and timing the publication of acts.
