The Village of Aspen Lake, located in Windsor, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing Care- RN,PERT Lead to join their long term care team.
75 hours biweekly with a weekend and on call rotation.
To be successful as our new Assistant Director of Nursing Care RN, PERT LEAD, you will :
- Have a current registration as a Registered Nurses (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Maintain current Heart Save Level of CPR
- Support training, collaboration and development of the PERT Team
- Act as a Specialist Leader pertaining to all aspects of the Personal Expressions Resource Team
- Experience working with BSO concepts and protocols
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
- Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the Assistant Director of Nursing Care role
