LogiSense is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to join our team and work on fascinating technology, while enjoying a work-from-home virtual environment with an outstanding group of people who are solving new challenges around monetizing IoT, Communications and XaaS products and services for Enterprise customers.
As a key member of our implementation team, you’ll help us analyze customer requirements and provide sustainable solutions in line with company objectives which involve conducting initial requirement gathering and documentation, conducting JAD sessions, designing overall implementation solutions, deploying solutions (migrate, implement, integrate), coordinating UAT test cycles with customers, helping launch customer, and providing post launch support as needed with our industry-leading usage-based billing platform that offers companies a new way to do business.

The position
As a LogiSense Customer Solutions Architect, you’ll do more than troubleshoot and implement code – you’ll become an expert in understanding what our clients need our software to do and in creatively executing plans to get there. Working closely with Product Management, you will contribute directly to the growing capabilities of our industry leading billing platform.
