Description

One-to-one sales and product demonstration.
Ensure exceptional standards are achieved and maintained.
Maximize stock potential through effective merchandising and display standards, promotions and use of Point of Sales materials.
Ability to up-sell other products and maximize one-to-one sales opportunities.
To work alongside management, maximize profits, exceed clients' requirements and set an amazing standard of customer service.
General administration : consultations, returns, repairs, workshops, etc.
To converse with clients via the use of telephone, email and live chat to drive sales.

Requirements

At least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience, ideally in jewelry

Experience liaising with high-end clientele is advantageous

Confident telephone manner

Proactive team player

Problem-solving : employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions

Flexibility : Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role

Have a keen interest in new software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
