Job description

Delivery Manager - Toronto (once per week) - up to CAD $150k + Bonus

Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead agile teams in delivering innovative digital services and software solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring quality and governance.
  • Manage project profitability, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities.

Experience :

  • Currently working as a Delivery Manager and in a consultancy
  • Experience delivering complex digital projects in a consultancy or agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and project risks.
  • Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Commercial awareness, with a focus on value-driven delivery.
