Welcome our customers! Turn every interaction into a positive experience with your communication skills and commitment to great service. Your talents will be key and contribute to the success of our store.Your role : Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experienceExchange or return merchandise according to company’s policyProduce and balance the cash report at the end of each shiftPrepare paperwork for rental vehicles and follow upBe aware of current promotions and flyersEnsure each cashier has the necessary items to accomplish their tasks (cash register tape, credit cards application forms, bags etc.)Comply with policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods and health and safetyOther related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothlyWhat we're looking for : Strong communications skillsExcellent customer serviceCashier and customer service experience would be an assetIf selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
