SAP BTP Consultant Calgary, AB Onsite Position Contract Position Job Descriptions :   SAP BTP Consultant (Integration, RAP, and Event-Driven Architecture) Experience with API management tools and methodologies (REST APIs, OData services).

Proficiency in data mapping and transformation techniques using tools like Data Service Studio (DSS) or Cloud Integration capabilities.

Experience with security protocols like OAuth and OpenID Connect for secure API access within integrations.

Understanding of cloud-based messaging protocols for asynchronous communication (e.g., Kafka).

Solid understanding of SAP BTP RAP concepts, tools, and methodologies.

Experience in developing data-driven business services and OData services using RAP.

Knowledge of event-driven architecture (EDA) principles and best practices. Understanding of BTP eventing capabilities for real-time data processing. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for BTP implementations, focusing on application development, integration scenarios, data access, and event-driven architectures.

Design and develop cloud-native applications using SAP Build tools and methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with relevant systems, leveraging RAP for efficient data access, and considering event-driven patterns for real-time processing.

Configure and manage SAP Build Process Automation for efficient application development and deployment workflows, considering integration best practices, RAP development, and event-driven architecture implementation.

Implement Fiori design principles to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for custom applications that effectively interact with integrated systems, utilize RAP services, and respond to real-time events.

Select and configure appropriate BTP integration services (e.g., CPI, HCI) to establish connections between custom applications and existing SAP systems, external APIs, databases, and event streams.

Develop secure and scalable integration flows using BTP integration capabilities, ensuring data consistency, error handling, and real-time event processing.
