Job description

Job Overview :

Natures Formulae is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Inside Sales Specialist will support in fostering client relationships, managing sales processes, client administration and driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Support :

  • Assist the sales team in coordinating all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Manage and update customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and follow-up materials.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both virtual and in-person, including preparation of agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing them with updates on product trends, new offerings, and potential opportunities.
  • Visit the client at their offices and work with them to bring new products to light and consult on how to maximize their effectiveness
  • Sales Process Enhancement :

  • Implement and maintain efficient sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Support the sales team in shifting towards a consultative sales model by providing insights and data from customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Administrative Duties :

  • Manage the internal communication with R&D, productions, quality, warehousing and the stakeholders required in bringing every formulation to market.
  • Act as the customers advocated internally to ensure timely delivery of manufactured products
  • Handle logistics for sales team travel, product demonstrations, or customer visits.
  • Assist in compiling sales reports, analyzing data, and preparing insights for performance reviews and strategy meetings.
  • Project Coordination :

  • Coordinate with product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and special projects.
  • Track project timelines related to sales commitments, ensuring all internal teams meet client expectations on time.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

    Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

    Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and familiarity with sales process tools.
  • Retail store experience is preferred
  • Skills :

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a consultative mindset.
