About The Role

  • The Director of FP&A will drive the annual budget process across all channels and departments.
  • This role involves leading the monthly forecast process, identifying opportunities and risks for the company.
  • The successful candidate will develop strong partnerships with business leaders to provide insights into performance.
  • The position requires collaboration with Business Development to provide financial modeling and insights on new business opportunities.
  • The Director will leverage technology to evaluate and extract data for decision-making and improve financial planning and reporting systems.

Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent is required, with an MBA preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills are essential, including advanced financial modeling capabilities.
  • Proven experience in building and leading successful, high-performing teams is necessary for this role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are crucial, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to business leaders.
