Compensation is tied to total branch sales revenue, with ambitious targets in place. The role involves developing quarterly strategic plans for key industries and customers, tracking progress, and optimizing sales performance. With a strong sales background, the manager will prioritize time efficiency, proactive prospecting, and regular follow-ups. They will also support the team in high-stakes negotiations and deal closures.
