We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team in our Commercial Real Estate Law practice group. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications :
- Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program.
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law.
- Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions;
- Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team.
- Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.
We are conveniently located in North York and provide all the advantages and amenities of a downtown firm in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
We require in-office attendance of at least 3 days per week.
