As part of a tightknit collaborative team you will assist palliative patients with personal care and activities of daily living. You will support patients families and caregivers enhancing quality of life comfort dignity and security in patients end of life journey. All direct patient care activities will be performed under the direction of a Neighbourhood Home Care Specialist who is a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse.
Qualifications :
Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities or the Ministry of Education approved program
Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care; or
