Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Technician's duties include :
Processing the company's accounts payable by validating the order and receipt of goods and services.
Follow-up on project processing and validation of subcontractors
Reconcile credit cards and validate expense accounts
Produce documents required for processing contract terminations
Set up administrative files related to insurance and occupational health and safety.
Qualifications
The Accounts Payable Technician has the following qualifications :
2-3 years accounts payable experience
Professional, college or university accounting training
Good command of "3 way match
Fluency in French and English
Strong sense of organization and discipline.
