Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'exécution efficace des processus de test, de la collecte des exigences jusqu'à l'automatisation des tests, avec un accent particulier sur les Tests d’Acceptation Utilisateur (UAT).Responsabilités principales : Participer aux réunions de collecte des exigences, spécifications fonctionnelles, lancement et approbation afin de bien comprendre la portée du projet.Fournir un encadrement sur le processus UAT, y compris les présentations de lancement UAT, réunions d’acceptation des tests, démonstrations UAT, réunions de clôture et documentation de validation UAT.Rédiger, exécuter et maintenir des cas de test, consigner les anomalies et effectuer des retests pour assurer la conformité aux standards de qualité.Assurer le suivi des déploiements logiciels et effectuer des tests d’intégration des applications.Automatiser les cas de test afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la cohérence.Qualifications : Certifications ServiceNow (CSA, CSI, HRSD, ITOM).Connaissance de BMC Helix ITSM, y compris DWP (MyIT), Smart IT et Smart Reporting.Expérience avec Silk Central, UFT et ALM.Aisance avec JIRA pour le suivi des anomalies et la gestion de projet.Habilitation de sécurité actuelle ou capacité à l'obtenir ( fiabilité ou secret)Job Title : ServiceNow QA Tester / UAT SpecialistLocation : Montreal - HybridBilingualism - French / EnglishSecurity Clearance- Reliabiliy or Secret- The ability to obtain We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester / UAT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of testing processes, from requirements gathering to test automation, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Key Responsibilities : Participate in meetings for Requirements Gathering, Functional Specifications, Kickoff, and Signoff to ensure thorough understanding of project scope.Provide guidance on the UAT process, including UAT Kickoff presentations, Test Acceptance meetings, UAT Demos, Close-out meetings, and Signoff documentation.Write, execute, and maintain Test Cases, log defects, and conduct retesting to ensure quality standards are met.Support package tracking and integration testing for software deployments.Automate test cases to enhance efficiency and consistency.QualificationsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CSI, HRSD, ITOM).Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, including DWP (MyIT), Smart IT, and Smart Reporting.Experience with Silk Central, UFT, and ALM.Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.Have or ability to obtain security clearance (Reliable / Secret)
