Position : Law Clerk - Commercial Real Estate
Location : Toronto, ON
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
Industry : Law / Commercial Real Estate / Legal / Law Firm
Employment Term : Full-time / Permanent / Hybrid (3 days per week)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide Support to the Commercial Real Estate Law team.
- Handle complex real estate and land development transactions.
- Coordinate filing processes, including documentation review, funds management, and registrations among others.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Post-secondary diploma of degree in an Ontario Law Clerk program.
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law.
- Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions.
- Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
