Job Title : Cyber Security Expert Manager

Client : Major client in Healthcare Informatics

Duration : Full-Time Permanent

Location : Hybrid 1x / Week - Burlington, ON

Start Date : February 2025

Hours / Week : 40 Hours

Responsibilities :

Design, implement and maintain effective security measures to protect the organization's computer systems, networks, and data.
Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and technologies to maintain and enhance security measures.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks and recommend solutions.
Implement and configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools to ensure the protection of the organization's network infrastructure.
Monitor network traffic and system logs to detect potential security breaches and respond appropriately.
Deploy and manage SEIM (Security Information and Event Management) and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) systems.
Manage user access and authentication protocols, including Active Directory.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cyber Security with a focus on M365, Azure, Intune, Firewalls, Active Directory, SEIM, and EDR.

Strong knowledge of cyber threat landscape and emerging trends.

Experience with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are preferred.
