Location : Various locations across Ontario

A Litigation Attorney represents clients in legal disputes conducting trials hearings and depositions. You advocate for clients in civil or criminal cases from pretrial proceedings through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Represent clients in court and at mediations.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements.
