What Youll Do
- Troubleshoot & Support : Resolve issues with Körber K.Motion products, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and 3rd-party software.
- Collaborate : Work closely with customer IT teams, project leaders, developers, and vendors to address support issues effectively.
- Mentor & Train : Develop WMS Super Users and train operations teams on warehouse best practices with WMS.
- Data-Driven Escalation : Quantify and document issues for escalation to ERP vendors when necessary.
What You Bring
Core Skills :Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting expertise.Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.Technical Expertise :Experience with MS SQL databases, Oracle PL / SQL, and IIS.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments.Familiarity with HTML / XML / JSON / OData, and networking (TCPIP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS).WMS expertise, with bonus points for Bartender / Loftware and SSRS reporting experience.Experience :1-3 years of technical customer support.
