    • Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, from posting job listings to interview scheduling.
  • Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related files.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership and cross-functional teams.

    • Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related fields.
