POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The welcoming Villa Saguenay residence is looking for a maintenance attendant. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's tasks are to complete small renovations and ensure cleanliness within the establishment.

Permanent position, 40 hours per week, night (10 : 30 p.m. to 6 : 30 a.m.), Sunday to Thursday.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Maintenance of common areas
all other related tasks

Construction

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)

CPR training (asset)
