About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, developing long-term, trust-based relationships with them. Your role is to provide 'white-glove' service and understand guests' most important life and travel goals, making them come to life. Being successful in sales begins with being a customer champion. In this role, you will :

The First 90 Days
By the end of the first 90 days, you should have a solid understanding of the company, its operations, and sales processes, engaging with customers and familiarizing yourself with our systems and guest demographic. You'll feel comfortable in the role and be eager to innovate.

Experience : Inbound & Outbound sales and customer service, ideally in premium travel
Languages : Proficiency in English, written and spoken
Accreditations : OPC Travel Certificate and / or TICO Travel Advisor a strong asset
