As our In-House Litigation Counsel, you will play a critical role in working with our clients to ensure smooth operations and adherence to our engagement contracts. This position is ideal for a junior to intermediate lawyer looking to leverage their legal expertise in a dynamic business environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Directly interact with clients with the objective of negotiating resolutions.
- Lead negotiations and enforcement actions with a firm, informed hand.
- Navigate the complexities of contract disputes and ensure compliance.
- Implement robust strategies for judgment enforcement and effective collection.
